The ActionMails template are designed to work with most computers and browsers, but to receive an ActionMails message your target has to have HTML enabled on their browser. In a very small number of cases, such as where particularly old versions of browsers are in use HTML is not an option.

People who cannot receive HTML will receive a short message from you instead of the template. This message will advise them that they do not have HTML enabled and suggest that they either enable it where it is an option and/or contact you to advise you that they are unable to receive the full version of your message.
