WHAT IS THE FULL EFFECT COMPANY? The Full Effect Company is a loose alliance of some the world's best individual specialist business advisors and marketing communications companies brought together under the fundamental blief that integrated solutions are ultimately the only ones that work in today's global market. They also all appreciate that to create an integrated strategy and make it work demands a key figure, a strategist who establishes the need, puts the elements together and manages the team as they set to work. That's where I fit in. Together we represent an elite squad from which project teams are tailor made in response to the needs of our client companies, be they modest domestic concerns or multinational corporations, anywhere in the world. It's a complicated process and because of this it demands a methodology. Over the years that I have been engaged in solving business and marketing problems I have developed a number of techniques and practices to help identify problems and highlight the appropriate solutions. I have added these to the mix and together with a special project management protocol which we have evolved over time we have created the unique formula that is The Full Effect Company. I believe that it is within every company to be successful and I founded the Full Effect Company and continue to develop the philosophy and techniques we use specifically to help businesses realise the potential for growth that is within them all.
